Common questions

Do we need to already have Farseer to work with you?

No. We handle the full Farseer licensing process as part of our engagement. You don't need to contact Farseer separately.

Which ERPs do you integrate with?

Farseer connects with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Navision, and most other major ERP systems via API or direct connector. We'll confirm compatibility during discovery.

How disruptive is the implementation to our finance team?

Minimal. We work alongside your team, not instead of them. The heaviest involvement is during the discovery phase and go-live week. Most clients tell us the implementation was far less disruptive than they expected.

What happens if something goes wrong after go-live?

All packages include post-live support. We stay engaged until your team is fully independent and confident — not just until the system is live.

Do you work with companies outside Croatia?

Yes — our primary focus markets are the Netherlands, Austria, and broader Western Europe, as well as the Middle East and Australia. We work remotely and on-site as needed.
