After 23 years building and leading technology companies — including serving as Country Head at EPAM Systems and Managing Director at Emakina.HR — I made a deliberate move into FP&A transformation consulting.

I've spent two decades watching finance teams struggle with the same problems: too many spreadsheets, too little visibility, and planning cycles that consume weeks every quarter. The technology to fix this has existed for years. What's been missing is someone who understands both the finance side and the technology side deeply enough to bridge the gap.

Founded Ascendo

Launched FP&A transformation consulting practice. Farseer Implementation Partner for Western Europe.

2022–2026

Country Head, EPAM Systems

Led EPAM Croatia, managing a 60+ person digital delivery unit. Oversaw post-acquisition integration of Emakina.HR into EPAM's global operations.

2015–2022

Managing Director, Emakina.HR

Appointed MD following acquisition of Endora. Led end-to-end delivery, business development, and team scaling for regional and international clients.

2007–2015

Co-Founder, Endora

Built a custom software development company from the ground up. Secured external investment in 2009. Successfully exited via acquisition by Emakina Group.

2002–2007

Founder, Type4 Creative Workshop

Founded an early-stage web development studio. Built proprietary CMS, design framework, and hosting infrastructure.
